Recently a branch of ours was incurring some issues with our music equipment
and actually were waiting for a technician to come on site to evaluate our problem. An
employee from your company was in our town (on vacation) and happened to stop
by our office and noticed our music was not working correctly. She introduced
herself and offered to assist with the problem. She resolved the problem
in about half an hour! I want to compliment her on stepping up to provide
what I would consider outstanding customer service. She went out of her
way to assist a customer. Employees like Voice Solutions are difficult
to find. Thank you for the resolution, but more importantly thanks for
a customer service story that I will share!
